KlaroNail FAQ: Everything Buyers Ask Us

Questions we actually receive at [email protected], answered plainly. Prices, shipping windows and the 60-day promise are the ones people write about most, so they sit near the top. Last updated: August 2026.

Everything on this site is general product information written by the people who sell KlaroNail. It is not medical advice. If a nail hurts, lifts away from the nail bed, changes colour quickly, or you live with diabetes or poor circulation, speak to a clinician before you put anything on it.

About KlaroNail

What is KlaroNail?

KlaroNail is a topical cosmetic spray for fingernails, toenails and the skin around them. One bottle holds 1 fl oz (30 mL) and the routine is four sprays a day, two in the morning and two in the afternoon.

What does KlaroNail come in?

An amber glass bottle with a fine mist pump. Amber glass keeps light off the oils, and the pump is the reason we sell a spray rather than a brush: it reaches the nail fold and the free edge without soaking a whole toe.

How many ingredients does KlaroNail contain?

Thirteen, all named on the bottle: clove bud oil, lavender oil, manuka honey, flaxseed oil, undecylenic acid, tea tree oil, sweet almond oil, camphor oil, aloe vera, menthol, walnut oil, chia seed oil and vitamin E.

Does the KlaroNail label print ingredient amounts?

No, and we would rather you heard it from us. The label carries thirteen names with no milligrams, no percentages and no blend total. Cosmetic panels are not obliged to declare quantities, the maker does not volunteer them, and no page on this store pretends otherwise.

Is KlaroNail a supplement?

No. Nothing here is swallowed. It is a cosmetic applied to the outside of the nail and the skin beside it, which is a different product category with different rules from a dietary supplement.

Who makes KlaroNail?

The brand is owned and distributed by Palmetto Field Brands, LLC of Charleston, SC 29403, a small company registered in South Carolina in 2019. Filling and packing happen at a contract facility in the United States that works to cGMP standards.

Where is KlaroNail made?

In the United States, from ingredients sourced both domestically and abroad. Several of the oils, tea tree in particular, are not grown commercially in the US, so the honest phrase is made in the USA from imported ingredients.

Ordering and pricing

How much does KlaroNail cost?

Two bottles are $158, which is $79 a bottle plus $9.99 shipping. Three bottles are $207, or $69 a bottle with free US shipping. Six bottles are $294, or $49 a bottle, free shipping and the three digital guides. The single bottle list price is $179.

Which KlaroNail package should I order?

If you are testing the spray, take two bottles. If you are treating a toenail and want to see the growth cycle through, six is the only size that covers the months involved and it costs the least per bottle. Three sits in between and is the popular middle choice.

Why do the day counts on the packages not match the bottle counts?

Because the maker labels the packages 30, 90 and 180 days and those labels are not proportional to two, three and six bottles. We show bottles instead. How long a bottle lasts depends on how many nails you spray: four to six weeks is typical for two nails.

Is there a KlaroNail coupon code?

There is no code, and any site advertising one is guessing. The discount is built into the package: $49 a bottle on six against a $179 list price is the lowest price we sell at.

Is KlaroNail sold on Amazon or Walmart?

No. We sell KlaroNail only here, so we can control how bottles are stored, ship them ourselves and honour the 60-day promise without a middleman. A listing on a marketplace did not come from us and we cannot stand behind it.

Can I buy KlaroNail in a pharmacy or a nail salon?

No. There is no wholesale programme and no salon distribution. Every bottle in circulation left our own fulfilment room.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through an encrypted checkout. Card details go to the payment processor, not to us, and we never see or store a full card number.

Is there a subscription or autoship?

No. Every order here is a one time purchase. Nothing renews, nothing bills again, and there is no plan to cancel later.

Shipping and delivery

How fast does KlaroNail ship?

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a working day usually leave the same day, and everything else goes out within one business day. Delivery inside the United States then takes 3 to 6 business days.

How much is shipping?

Free on the three and six bottle packages. The two bottle package carries a $9.99 shipping charge, which is the maker's own rate and is shown before you pay.

Do you ship outside the United States?

The store is built for United States addresses. International orders are handled case by case through the checkout provider, and duties and slower carriers apply, so write to us first if you are outside the US.

How do I track my KlaroNail order?

A tracking number reaches you by email when the label is printed, usually the evening your box leaves. If nothing has arrived after two working days, check the spam folder and then write to [email protected] with your order number.

What if my package is late or arrives damaged?

Tell us. If tracking has not moved for five working days or a bottle arrived broken, we send a replacement rather than argue about carriers. Photographs help but we do not demand them.

What does the KlaroNail box look like?

A plain padded mailer with a packing slip inside. There is nothing on the outside that announces what is in it, which matters to more buyers than you would expect.

Guarantee and returns

How does the 60-day money-back promise work?

You have 60 days from delivery. Email [email protected], we reply with the return address, you post the bottles back with the packing slip, and we refund the product price once the parcel reaches us. No phone call, no retention script.

Do I have to return unopened bottles?

No. Opened bottles are fine, including the one you have been spraying for a month. The maker asks for all bottles from the order plus the packing slip, and so do we.

Who pays the return postage?

You do. We refund the product price, not the postage you spend sending bottles back, and we say so here rather than in a paragraph nobody reads at checkout.

How long does a KlaroNail refund take?

We process the refund within two working days of the parcel arriving. Your bank then takes its own three to seven days to show the money, which is out of our hands.

What if I ordered the wrong package?

Write within a couple of hours and we can usually stop the order before the label prints. After that, the 60-day promise is the route back.

What happens to a refunded bottle?

It is destroyed. Nothing that comes back through a return goes out to another customer, which is one of the reasons we keep the whole operation in one building.

Using KlaroNail safely

How do I use KlaroNail?

Four sprays a day on clean, dry nails: two in the morning, two in the afternoon. Coat the nail plate and the skin beside it, run a cotton swab around the cuticle and under the free edge, and let it dry before socks.

How long does one KlaroNail bottle last?

Four to six weeks for most people treating two nails at four sprays a day. Ten nails empty a bottle considerably faster, which is why the six bottle package exists.

Can I use KlaroNail with nail polish?

Take the polish off first. A spray sitting on lacquer is a spray sitting on lacquer, and the point is contact with the plate and the fold of skin around it.

Can I use KlaroNail with my medication?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist. KlaroNail goes on the outside of the body, but if you are using a prescribed nail or skin treatment, the person who prescribed it should decide what goes on top of it.

Can I use KlaroNail while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Speak to your clinician before you start. Essential oils are the reason for the caution, and a cosmetic company is not the right body to give a pregnancy answer.

Is KlaroNail safe for children?

It is sold for adults. Keep the bottle away from children, and do not use it on a child without a paediatrician saying yes first.

What if my nail is painful, lifting or changing colour fast?

See a clinician rather than reaching for a cosmetic. Pain, separation from the nail bed and rapid colour change are signs that need a diagnosis, particularly if you live with diabetes or circulation problems.

Can I use KlaroNail on my fingernails as well as my toenails?

Yes. The routine is identical, and fingernails usually show the growth difference sooner because they replace themselves in roughly four to six months rather than nine to twelve.

How do I contact KlaroNail support?

Email [email protected] or [email protected], or call +1 (843) 277-0164. Someone answers Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern, and we reply to email within one working day.
