KlaroNail refund policy
Effective August 2026. Palmetto Field Brands, LLC, 78 Cannon Street, Suite 2B, Charleston, SC 29403.
The promise
Every KlaroNail order carries a 60-day money-back promise counted from the day your parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered. It covers the product price of every bottle in the order, opened or sealed.
The promise belongs to Palmetto Field Brands, LLC, the distributor of KlaroNail. It applies to orders placed through this store. Bottles bought from anyone else are outside it, because we cannot verify how they were stored or whether they are ours.
Starting a return
Write to [email protected] within the 60 days and tell us you want to return the order. Include the order number from your confirmation email. You do not need to give a reason and nobody will ask you to justify one.
We answer with a return address, normally the same working day. Post the bottles from the order back to that address with the packing slip inside the parcel. Keep the tracking receipt, because a parcel that never arrives cannot be refunded.
What we refund and what we do not
We refund the product price. We do not refund the $9.99 shipping charge on the two bottle package, and we do not cover the postage you pay to send bottles back to us.
Refunds go to the card used at checkout. We process them within two working days of the parcel reaching us, and card issuers usually take a further three to seven days to display the credit.
Damaged, missing or wrong parcels
If a bottle arrives broken or the parcel is missing items, tell us and we replace it. That route is separate from the 60-day promise and there is no time limit on an obvious packing error, though the sooner you write the easier it is to sort out.
If tracking stalls for five working days we treat the parcel as lost and send another one rather than wait for a carrier investigation to close.
Abuse of the policy
We keep the right to decline repeat refunds on the same address where the pattern suggests the policy is being used as free product. In practice this is rare, and a first refund is never refused on those grounds.
Returned bottles are destroyed. Nothing that comes back is resold.
